I’m thinking about taking a few health challenges. The first will either be a plank or push up challenge. I’m leaning toward push up because I have very weak upper body strength. I hate doing push ups almost as much as I hate running. This will be good for me.
The other initiative is going to be food related. Either a 100% whole food effort because usually around 3pm the 180 calorie Cheetos bag or Oreo or name your kid approved junk food starts calling to me. I convince myself it’s only 180 calorie but I know if I didn’t indulge that would be 180 calories saved or put toward better foods.
Now that I’ve written them I’m pretty sure this is what I’ll do. I’d love to say I’d video chronicle this but you don’t need to see me struggle through doing 1 push up. That’s embarrassing for both of us. But I will update with how many I get through. I’m starting this on the 1st (I’m always about a week out on blog posts).
